Wildlife

Wildlife refers to undomesticated animals and uncultivated plants that exist in their natural habitats. It includes all organisms living in the wild without human introduction. Initially, the term also referred to game species hunted for sport.

Wildlife can be found in various ecosystems, including deserts, forests, and urban areas. While popular culture often portrays wildlife as unaffected by humans, most scientists recognize that human activities impact many species. Some wildlife can pose risks to safety and health, but they also offer economic, educational, and emotional value to humans.
